  • Dear Jesus,

I make lots of mistakes; no matter how hard I try, I can't be perfect. But, I believe that you died and rose up again so I can live forever heaven. Come into my heart, Jesus, forgive my sins, lead me every day, and save me. I am now placing my trust in you alone for my salvation, and I accept your gift of eternal life.

    Amen.
