The Leadership Team consists of the Senior Pastor and eight (8) church member representatives. Their responsibilities are to support specific areas of the church and, most importantly, to work in Spirit-filled harmony to support the Senior Pastor, Staff, and the Church as a whole. Each member utilizes their Spiritual Gifts, talents, wisdom, and Spiritual insight to function as servants, discerners, and guardians of the church and its mission, always looking to Jesus Christ as the head of the church. Individually and collectively, they strive for excellence in their Christ-centered service being grounded in God's grace. They strive to model loving accountability, authenticity, transparency, integrity, and sincerity in their relationships with each other and members of the church.
