The LIFEwalk is going to be awesome (again) this year! Join in on Wednesday, 4/24/2024, at the LCU Rec Center Field, as Parkridge hosts a night of worship and celebration - led by the fabulous ALL CITY WORSHIP band.

Dusty Thompson from Redeemer Church will give a brief word of encouragement and vision for the ministry of Parkridge, and we will close the evening with an opportunity to walk/pray as a group.

This is a family friendly, outdoor event - and there is no cost to attend, but there is cool tee shirt available for those who donate.

Guests are welcome to come early to purchase dinner from one of the food trucks, or to bring a picnic. The LIFEwalk opens at 6pm, and the program begins at 7pm.

This is a great opportunity to come together in support of Parkridge, and to live out our shared belief in the value of LIFE.

Mark your calendars! VBS Adventure Week will be July 15th - 18th for all kids going into Kindergarten - 6th grade! Dive into friendship with God and head deep into an amazing undersea adventure where they’ll experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God. Kids will be immersed in the Word and discover what living water is really all about!

Each week we will be hosting a Wednesday Night Meal and we want you to be there!

From 6:00 - 6:45 on Wednesday nights in the Youth Center, we will be serving a meal before life groups!

Each week we will post a new registration link for you to fill out if you will be joining us. Please sign up today through the link so we can know how much to make!

At First Shallowater, we have a vision of serving all of Shallowater with Grace and Truth! We will act upon this vision on Sunday, April 28th, by hosting We Serve Sunday. We want you to be a part!

Our congregation will meet at the church at 8:00 am for a churchwide breakfast and time of devotion, and then we will go out into our community to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We will serve our community by completing various projects to meet the needs of those around us from 9:00-12:00 am. At noon, we will return to the church for a hamburger lunch and a time of celebration.

There are many ways that you will be able to help! T-shirts will be available for purchase to help cover the cost of the materials needed for projects. In addition, you will be able to make donations through the Church Center app to fund projects.

One way you can help right now is by helping us identify needs in our community. Do you have a suggestion for projects? If so, please take a moment to complete this form. We will collect all the project recommendations and begin to prioritize them based on our ability to meet the needs!

We want all volunteers to wear We Serve t-shirts when we go out on the 28th to help identify us. Funds collected for the T-shirts will help offset other project expenses. Please check out the order form for T-shirts and place your orders by the deadline. We want to make sure everyone has a shirt, so please do not let cost prevent you from ordering! We will be happy to assist!

May 28 - June 1 we are going back to Glorieta, NM for Student Life Camp! If you are a 7th - 12th grade student, we want you there! Cost is $400 per student. Sign up today!
